JOIN THE GROWING MOOGAHLIN TEAM IN 2026–2027
The 2027 artistic program at Moogahlin Performing Arts will be our most ambitious yet.
Producing four mainstage works, from local premiere seasons to touring within Australia and overseas, alongside creative development through national and regional programs and community-based projects.
We are recruiting for five positions to match this ambitious artistic program and the growth of Moogahlin Performing Arts.

Yellamundie Festival Director
Sydney-based role at Carriageworks. Hybrid and flexible part-time hours.
This is a First Peoples Identified role.
Help shape and lead Yellamundie Festival across 2027, 2029 and 2031.
Producer/Senior Producer
Sydney-based at Carriageworks, with possible remote working arrangements by agreement.
Part-time — 3 days
First Peoples Identified role.
Lead the delivery of First Peoples mainstage productions and touring projects in Australia and internationally.
Admin and Projects Coordinator
Sydney-based role at Carriageworks.
Part-time 2–3 days
First Peoples Identified role.
Support Moogahlin’s artistic, producing, production, marketing and administration teams across project delivery and the day-to-day running of the company.
Fundraising and Comms Coordinator
Sydney-based role at Carriageworks.
Part-time — 15 hours per week / 0.4 FTE.
This is not an Identified role. First Peoples are encouraged to apply.
Help grow and diversify Moogahlin’s income through fundraising, philanthropy and sponsorship while building relationships with audiences, donors and supporters.
Regional Projects Assistant
Brewarrina-based on Ngemba Country, with hybrid working arrangements.
Part-time — 2 days
This is a First Peoples Identified role.
Support Moogahlin’s growing Brewarrina regional program with administration, logistics and project delivery across performance, Language and Culture, workshops and community activities.
