Moogahlin Performing Arts is a NSW Incorporated Association overseen by a Governing Committee, which we sometime also refer to as our Board of Directors. Members have voting rights at Annual General Meetings and Special General Meetings.
INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP and YOUTH MEMBERSHIP (under 18 years of age) is for First Peoples of Australia only (i.e. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander). The joining fees are $5 for Individual Membership and $1 for Youth Membership, payable upon approval of this application.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP is for Non-First Peoples and First Peoples of other continents. The joining fee is $10, payable on approval of this application, and a further $25 per annum due at the commencement of each calendar year.
ORGANISATIONAL MEMBERSHIP is for any organisation that has a similar objective to that of Moogahlin Performing Arts and has a membership or governing body that consists of at least 51% First Peoples of Australia. Organisational Members must appoint one representative to attend general meetings and vote on behalf of the organisation. The joining fee is $50, payable on approval of this application, $100 per annum due at the commencement of each calendar year.
Your application will be considered at the next Governing Committee meeting and, if approved, you will be notified in writing.
